Environmental monitoring around marine infrastructure can be challenging, often requiring multiple offshore campaigns, specialist equipment and vessel mobilisations. Clients needed a more efficient way to collect accurate habitat and seabed data while minimising operational disruption, offshore exposure and project costs.

To address this, Green Marine combined robotics, survey technology and digital reporting into a single integrated solution. A single offshore mobilisation brought together ROV inspection, multibeam survey equipment and positioning systems, enabling environmental and seabed data to be collected simultaneously. This streamlined approach reduced the need for multiple survey campaigns while improving the consistency and quality of the data gathered.

The project delivered reduced offshore exposure, higher-quality environmental information and significant operational efficiencies through a single mobilisation. The integrated approach also created accurate, repeatable digital records, providing clients with a reliable baseline for future monitoring and asset management activities.
